From an iPhone or Apple device go to the FaceTime app. Once in the app, look near the top left and press the button labelled “Create Link”. This will give you a unique link to copy and send to whoever you would like to invite to the facetime call.

Once the link has been sent and the recipient has accepted the invitation, you will be asked to accept their entry into the call. To do so, just click the checkmark on screen. Once they have successfully joined the call, you will be able to use FaceTime as normal.
